Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our warehouses to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. 

Products Not In Stock

If your products are NOT in stock we will reach out via contact information provided in the email. We will give you 72 hours to let us know if the estimated in-stock date is acceptable or if you would like a partial or full refund without any fees. If you do not respond via phone call, reply to the email, or our website chat box we will assume you are okay with the estimated delivery and ship when it is back in stock.

Shipping Requirements

We cannot ship to a PO BOX. All addresses must be a physical business or residential address.

If you are in Hawaii or Alaska we recommend that you reaching out to us for a draft order as our rates on shipping vary depending on the size or amount of products being shipped.

Shipping Types

Economy

Please allow 5-8 business days for shipping.

Express

Please allow 1-2 business days for shipping.

Exemptions

All liquids or aerosol cans may not be available for express shipping. If you selected express shipping we will expedite your order and get it to you usually within 3-4 days as regulations require Ground Shipping of those item types.
